| Due to the state's ongoing fiscal problems all state agencies have been asked to prepare cuts at the 15% range without any hope, at this time, of replacing funds that were loss during FY 2009 and the adoption of the FY 2010 budget. Since the behavioral health community most frequently interfaces with AHCCCS, DES and DHS, a summary of their proposed cuts is attached for your review. |

| The Legislature adjourned sine die on April 29th with the Governor having until May 11th to process all the bills that were sent to her in the closing days of session.
